The Master of Arts (MA), Master of Commerce (M.Com), and Master of Science (M.Sc.) are two-year postgraduate programmes that provide advanced academic and professional training across humanities, commerce, and science disciplines respectively. The MA develops critical thinking, research methodology, and analytical depth in disciplines such as English, History, Political Science, Sociology, Economics, Philosophy, and Psychology, preparing graduates for careers in civil services, education, journalism, policy, and social research. The M.Com advances expertise in financial accounting, corporate taxation, auditing, cost management, financial management, and business research — equipping graduates for roles in accounting firms, banking, corporate finance, and tax consultancy, often in combination with CA, CMA, or CFA certifications. The M.Sc. provides research-intensive training in natural and applied sciences including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Environmental Science, and Computer Science, developing the scientific reasoning and experimental skills necessary for careers in research laboratories, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, and academia.

All three programmes conclude with a research dissertation or project, and qualify graduates for UGC NET/JRF examinations for faculty positions and research fellowships, competitive examinations for government services, and doctoral programmes in India and abroad.
